Booked for 2 days and on the day of the hire the guy text me to say he only does 3 days but doesn’t say that when I booked it and it booked it on line if it was only for 3 days it shouldn’t allow me to book it for 2 days very disapppinted

The rate I had to pay was nearly 2x what I was quoted. A week after I returned the vehicle (and left the country), I was charged for damage that I wasn't responsible for/was not present or documented during the post-rental vehicle inspection. When I inquired about the charge, the staff member was rude and dismissive. They also forged my signature on a credit card receipt to bill for the "damage." I was happy to rent from a local business (rather than a chain), but this felt like a scam.
