The office was closed when I arrived at 730am. When I called the help number the gentle informed me that they did not open until 830am. So i waited. At 915 am I went to a different rental car company to get a car. The person I spoke to who claimed that he would be there by 830am called to say that we was ready for me at 930am. Never again!
