I cancelled my rental car because this company closes at 5pm and that is VERY inconvenient for someone traveling. What car agency that is located at an airport closes at 5pm. I ask several times for them to work with me is crediting me a portion of the car i never picked up and they were very rude and unwilling to work with me. READ their VERY SMALL fine print - Would never recommend this company

Overall ok. Employees were friendly and helpful. The “shuttle service” was not as prompted and not complimentary. Very confusing process.
