Beepit - Rental Cars Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

Very pleased with this rental, although encouraged to take out extra insurance, I wasn't bullied like some companies. My contract was emailed to me with photographs of the known damage to the car, this is an excellent idea and should be industry standard, as it should help stop companies from trying to scam you when you return the car. I was phoned by the company to check I had arrived to arrange being picked up. It is worth noting that the office is about 20 mins drive from the airport

The return process was very painful. I had to spend the whole day trying to find the drop off location. The pin that was sent to me brought me somewhere else when I tried to get directions.

Simply picking up the vehicle with a half-full tank is quite unusual and impractical.
