Never again renting from APM. They are dishonest. Robing people they should not operate business. State should regulate their business. So many hidden charges unbelievable. They stealing money from people. Never going back this place

Absolute rip off. You need to review company policies in the email. Reserved for $211 through Priceline or Expedia. Ended up paying $623 with my own insurance and car seat. The rest was just bullshit charges, $143 activation fee for Sunpass? I booked with you because of the good rate and I learned my lesson and was so furious I’m taking the time to post reviews and recount this with family. The most dishonest business I’ve dealt with since a sketchy chimney sweep 12 years ago. .

I had cancelled my reservation on the morning of my rental. I bought the insurance for a cancellation, called your office about the refund. Said it was no problem, yet I was charged full price for a rental car I did not rent.

We never ended up getting a car as the price tripled once we got there. Im still waiting for a refund. If I dont get a refund soon im am calling the fraud department for my visa.

Booked a car online using my debit card. Arrived in Orlando Airport and got taxi out to your office at 5448 Hofner Ave to collect rental car. Office was closed when we got there. Very difficult to make phone contact with APM. Eventually we were picked up and brought to rental office which was 4 miles from Hoffner Ave. The girl at the office was helpful but would not accept the debit card I had used to make the booking. My wife was going to use her card but that was adding further cost to the ren
