This was my first time renting with Affordable Rental and I was skeptical at first due to it being offsite from the airport. I called them when I was walking through the concourse and they picked me up outside the rental car building about 7-min after I called. I was blown away by their great customer service, pricing, and family-like atmosphere, so I'll definitely use them every time I'm in SLC from now on. Do not be confused with Advantage or Fox, they are not the same experience at all!

Bait and switch! Offer low rate, then call to explain that rate is for mid-town pick-up. However, rate was obtained via global search engine for rentals at Salt Lake City AIRPORT!!! Vehicle provided was not full size! Specifically requested winter/snow/all season tires as this as a WINTER time rental to a ski destination in mountains. My car's wiper blades were awful!! They smeared the windshield to the point where I felt unsafe driving the car. Traveling at highway speeds with poor visibility because of bad wipers is quite risky. Customers are put at risk unnecessarily for a very small amount of money. I purchased new wiper blades for the car and installed them leaving the old ones in the car. I told Affordable Rent A Car it was my gift to them. Next time, I hope people get vehicles that don't compromise their safety!
