I arrived after hours so no interaction with staff, however I was sent outdated instructions for pickup from the airport to get to my rental, causing a wait of almost an hour

The Parking Spot shuttle doesn’t run as often as I was led to believe, so I had to wait 25 mins to get to my rental car. This is a different company than Affordable Rental Car however.
