The car was a little beat up, which didn't initially bother me, but there ended up being some preexisting damage to the car that manifested during our rental period that I'm concerned we'll be on the hook for.

Everything was better than I expected. I did extensive research on rental cars and the security deposits and this was my best option. It turned out to be a great decision and would definitely rent from them again!

Pick up service is great and fast. The original car assigned to us did not have USB charger, and I felt we spent too much time figuring out this and switching to the other car.
