We picked up and dropped off the rental on a weekend/holiday, but the process was quick and simple. The instructions provided to us in advance were clear and easy to understand. The car was waiting for us when we arrived at the parking lot.

I had to pick up my car on Christmas and the after hours pickup was easy and they provided great instructions. When I dropped off they also took me right to the airport in the car I was returning which saved me time and effort, I really appreciated it!

Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.
