The service I experienced was impeccable! From the shuttle driver to the desk agent everyone was friendly and helpful. The vehicle experience however, could have been improved. I reserved a Chevy Traverse but was given a Kia Sorrento. Both were all wheel drive which was key however the Sorrento was significantly smaller which was difficult to suit my needs. The alignment was a little off and the ski rack was a bit worn and not working well. Overall the rental experience was a positive one.

it was a bit of a surprise that i had to cover the drop off lot fee and the contract could have been clearer about cleanliness standards for returns but overall, it was a good experience. I do understand that the rate is competitive but it is still quite expensive - if rates could be brought down, that would be fantastic for me.

They put a contract in front of you online that auto-sets to you checking off that you are paying additional fees to damages waivers that you did not previously agree to. Because they assume you'll sign everywhere quickly and don't disclose this auto-setting, you end up paying almost double what you agreed to. It is a deceptive business practice. I'm extremely disappointed and feel deceived and taken in by their deceptive practice.
