As the largest airport in Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia International Airport ensures all travelers get where they need to go with service throughout the United States as well as several other countries, including Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. Seven terminal buildings, all connected with the exception of Terminals F and B, make up the Philadelphia International Airport. Transportation is available to assist guests in getting around each terminal. Terminal A West handles all international flights in and out of the airport.

Because of the large size of the airport, plan an additional 30 minutes earlier on your arrival time. Parking is available in one of four garages for both short and long term needs. More than 17,000 spaces are available. A free cell phone lot is available for passenger pick-up, located of off Garage Entrance Road.
You'll always have plenty of transportation choices while at PHL. Rental cars, taxicabs, shuttles, and public transportation can all pick you up and get you moving.
Taxi cabs charge a flat rate fee of $28 to transport passengers downtown. Metered fares are available for other destinations in the city. Taxi cab service is charged on a per ride basis.
Rail service is offered by SEPTA at a cost of $7 per trip, or $11 for an all day - unlimited ride pass. SEPTA also provides public buses to and from the airport by way of Route #37. Cost for using the public bus are $2 each way, with $1 transfers available.
Rental cars can take care of your entire stay in Philadelphia for one low price, and are the preferred way to get around. There are many types of cars available for rental, including SUVs. Look out for special discounts for rentals over one week.
Shuttle service is provided without charge by many of the hotels near the airport. Shuttle service can also be obtained at the airport from one of many private providers. These private shuttles offers door-to-door service in the entire Philadelphia area. Keep in mind these shuttles do require payment.
A total of 17 ATM's are available in each of the terminals, and several locations are available for currency exchange. Free Internet service is provided throughout the airport. Travelers can also treat themselves to spa services at the XpresSpa in Terminal A, or dine at one of many fine establishments. In addition, many great stores are available to browse or to shop.
