"The car was not clean. There were remnants of snacks under the seat. There were also several coffee stirs in the car. In addition, there were leaves under the seat. I was told it would be a three minute walk to get to the car. It was a three minute walk to get to the lot. But the car was parked clear in the back of the lot. I was not told this I have a handicap placard and a 10 month old baby."
