"The car was not clean. There were remnants of snacks under the seat. There were also several coffee stirs in the car. In addition, there were leaves under the seat. I was told it would be a three minute walk to get to the car. It was a three minute walk to get to the lot. But the car was parked clear in the back of the lot. I was not told this I have a handicap placard and a 10 month old baby."

"We had a quote for $58 dollars from the website, but when we got there they charge an additional $200 for their insurance & $400 for an deductible (which we got back). However, i was not expecting an additional $600, they should had put that online"
