When you think of Nevada, Las Vegas is probably the first place you think of. But there is another great Nevada city you should take the time to see. Reno, Nevada is known as "The Biggest Little City in the World." The area has its fair share of great casinos, and so much more. There are more than 220,000 people living in the area. Temperatures in the city during the summer average 90 degrees, but it is not uncommon for some days to pass the 100 degree mark. Winters are mild in Reno, with the average daily temperature being 50 degrees. The Reno-Tahoe International Airport is located in the city, and there are several other options to get around the city, including the mass public transit system that operates more than 29 routes across the city.
