How the Renter Rated Program Works
The Renter Rated program, developed by Car Rental Express, provides renters with the opportunity to share their rental experiences. At the end of their rental, renters are encouraged to rate the agency based on nine criteria. All renters' ratings are tallied — the more ratings an agency has, the more reliable the star rating value will be. Categories of service can have ratings up to five stars (exceptional).
