Underage Drivers. For all underage drivers in the age range of 18 - 24, a fee of 24.95 per day must be applied. A minimum base rate of 49.95 per day in compact cars, 100.00 per day in SUV and Minivans will be charged for the vehicle. Underage drivers will not be eligible for any upgrades in vehicle classes. All underage drivers and contracts must have purchased a CDW insurance from a third party and/or private vehicle insurance that covers a rental vehicle, in Puerto Rico of the same value or more. All contracts with underage drivers must have a security deposit of the total of the rental plus $500.00
