Once we were dropped off at the hotel it took them over 15 minutes to even acknowledge us. We were second in line. A new girl handled us. We rented at least 40 cars and never been required to prove insurance. Upon return we came 15 early as required and the shuttle left early so we missed it and had to wait. We have to rent a car in Florida 8 times a year and will not be using your company again

Called the number provided in my confirmation. One remknder call and Almost an hour later the van arrived. At the office, the rep tried to pressure me into the CDW, and asked for a $300 deposit when I refused. My total was $26 more than quoted and the rep was reluctant to explain the difference. 1st time he just shrugged his shoulders, 2nd called them state fees. After the 3rd request he told me it was a mandatory roadside assist fee. Deceitful business. Left w/o doing business

The employee was new, so a manager helped, but he added the roadside assistance. So, the total was way more than I was quoted. I told him I don't want the roadside assistance and he proceeded to tell me about it. Finally, he was going to deduct it by going through the whole process again, but he decided that I need insurance. I told him I have credit card insurance and he said that that wasn't good enough. He was trying to extort me again! So, I walked out and didn't rent a car.

We were not given all of the charges prior to finalizing the sale. Had to adjust things to get back to quoted price. Upon return of the vehicle no one was there to receive the vehicle even though the store was scheduled to be open. Waited for 40 minutes but had to leave to make our flight. Will never use them again.

Despite the confirmation # we had from our online booking from kayak?we had no reservation number from value. It took them 30 minutes to find our reservation then they sent a van to get us, then we had to pick up another traveler. The driver helped them get their luggage but we had to get our own, staff was quite pushy about the need for extras like ez pass etc. It took 45 minutes for the customer before us to finish and another 45 min for our reservation to be completed. We reserved a Toyota Corolla and were given a Nissan Rogue, even though we specifically said that we didn't want that. We were told we could rent the SunPass for $8, but the employee neglected to let us know it was $8/day (had we known that, we wouldn't have rented it). We were quoted $104 online, but charged $350 when we returned it because they gave us additional insurance even though we stated we didn't want it (we should have read the fine print). The employees did not value our time.

Will never rent here again, nor will I recommend this place. Worse car experience I have ever had and we rent a lot of cars. Not at the Airport as advertised, wait time was horrid and the car was piece of junk. Had family rent there also as we were traveling together and her car died, while on vacation so we had to spend time getting a other. 0 out of 10 stars. Stay far away from this place.
