A bit difficult to organize initial pick up, but vehicle was fine and a great price. Return was easy.
The full sized van was clean and performed as expected. The price I received was exactly as advertised and was the cheapest I found online. However, the biggest problem was the customer service and wait time. It took over an hour from the moment I got in line till I walked out with my rental. Same case with my return. This alone made my rental experience very unpleasant.
Everything was ok, just the time that we wait for that van to be ready, almost 1 hr and 30 minutes. After that nice service, thanks.
