Great. Everything about it was suberb. The staff was helpful. The van was well taken care of. The price was fair and I am definitely going to use this service again and, recommend it to my friends and family. I am so pleased with everything. Thank You, AVR!

Good service and great, spacious, clean, well-kept/serviced car. Clear conditions and courteous, fast service personnel. Price - delivery is fair (there are cheaper offers, but what is delivered here meets and exeeds expectations). Clear recommendation!
It was very convenient, the pick up and drop off were quick and my family (8 people) that were from out of town were so happy that I had rented a 12 passenger van so that we could all travel together around L.A. I would definetly use Airport Car Rental again. You do need to more clear as to where you are picking up the van. I asked to do the pick up in Long Beach.c because I live in Long Beach.After I completed the rental the invoice said L.A. It urned out o.k.
The staff was great, unfortunatly van had some minor issues but I would try renting from same location because of personnel working in the office.
Received the van very late. Drop off/ pick up options not satisfactory. No insurance options for personal injuries.
Van was exceptionally clean and functioned very well. Two of the three power sockets were not working though which was inconvenient with the GPS, mobile phones, DVD players, etc.
Staff was great and I was in and out within 10 minutes on pickup and dropoff.
