It was an amazing vechile for rate. Brand new Jeep. Lots of fun to drive. Process was quick, and the shuttle came quickly when called to the airport.
I dont about additional costs such as miliage limiting outside Ontario and satff did not tell me anything about it. I asked and then tehy tell and I bought extra miliage.
The guy at the desk was rude, didn't even make eye contact and couldn't help us at all even though we reserved ahead of time. They left us stranded with no support and was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all the years of renting cars.
