There was no pick up shuttle. We had to walk for 20min in burning heat until we got to the station. We tried to call and none answerd. Will not use their service again
The car was a disaster. The interior parts of the door were falling off, so I couldn't close the door from the inside. The remote lock/unlock didn't work. There was visible damage all over the car.
