I received the car dirty, inside and out smelling of smoke. The app for a key was not convenient, as I needed to use my phone every time I needed to do anything with the car. There was one point were the car was not starting and I needed to call customer support to start the car. When I went to drop it off the car had no Avi tag and I was not able to get into the parking lot to drop off car for over 30 minutes, making us almost miss our flight. I ended up having to buy my own parking ticket.2/10

The car that we rented had a battery that made it difficult to turn it in with the required battery level. It would only charge to 93% and we had to turn it in above 80%. We also received the car with the battery charged at 75%. The car smelled like cigarette smoke and was not very clean. Lastly, it was not clear that we would be responsible for paying the parking fee which added $18 to the rental cost.
