Broken door, dirty vehicle inside, major rattle inside vehicle. Vehicle was to drive a client and crew around and it was embarrassing to have to climb over the passenger seat every time and to have them in such a stained and dirty vehicle. Price was way too high for what was delivered. Super disappointed and would likely not rent here again unless it’s a last resort.

They met us at the airport with the Van! No waiting in line. Van only had 7000 miles on it.
I had an amazing rental experience. John helped us out so much, even going above and beyond and calling our insurance company to verify that our insurance would cover the van rental. The van was in great condition and ran well the whole weekend and it was also so nice to be able to drop off the van on a holiday when they weren't open and just use their easy drop-off secure location, as a lot of other places won't allow you to do that. Wonderful experience!
Absolute 5 star service! Amazing staff and the easiest rental I’ve ever done hands down. After online booking, I was met at the airport with my keys and a picture texted to me with location of the van in the parking garage. And last but not least, they saved me $200 off the other big box rental companies! Keep up the good work.
