The absolute, bar none, worst rental experience of my life. They didn't have my"reserved rental" for 7 people. Gave me a clown car that I had to pay 850% higher price because my insurance was "not acceptable" despite Hertz being fine with it for all of my trips this year. I lost 3 days of my family vacation because the car wasn't big enough. As the CEO of a company with many travelers, I have forbidden the use of EasyRentals for any of my employees, and the employees of any of our subsidiaries.

It was a terrible experience our car got cancelled due to our flight being delayed. No contact was made and the overall experience ruined our first day on holiday

Our flight got delayed over which we had no control. When we reached and called we were told pick up time was 1 hr before. Even that information we found after trying to call multiple times.

Worst experience ever. A total con, a scam. Didnt even rent a car, they refused to take Amex, the card we actually made the reservation with. Got stranded 3 miles away from the airport. Two other travelers had issues there at the same time. Avoid this company!

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had in over 35years renting vehicles. The two hour wait for our 17 person group which included 5 children (aged 11-2 yrs) for a stuttle from the airport following several phone cars. Then to be told 1 of the 4 cars had been cancelled despite flight reference in booking. Then left stranded with several other disappointed customers again with children sleeping outside the office after long haul flights was a totally unacceptable in 2026 USA.
