Price-smart and painless, could use better afterhours drop off options, but solid car + experience + a little more charm than the big companies!

The only annoying thing was the insurance. I didnt know that that was going to happen and money would be stopped on my credit card. Just include the insurance. The whole pick a level is annoying when I am sure you already have it all covered. Felt like I was being milked. And wasted the money as I didn't need it.

Overall renting with Crazy Clark's was quite a positive experience. The rental agency was small business (owner personally drove us to airport after we dropped car off) and their personal touch came through, everyone we interacted with treated us like people, not potential profit, there were no surprise add-on costs, the price was fair. I definitely preferred renting from them than from the larger multi-national rental agencies, and I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone.
