This company by far was the worst unprofessional,rude experience ever!! Not only did i get a dirty, scratched up car it was smelly. They gave me such a difficult time to rent the car with hidden fees and such a rip off!! The are scammers and i advise to just rent from a known car rental and be safe. Never again!

The car and service were excellent, however the Check Engine light was on the entire duration of the trip. I do not want to be charged for mechanical failures as the car did not have any issues at all. Otherwise, Charlie is the best car rental agency I have ever used!
