Great service!!
The car and service were excellent, however the Check Engine light was on the entire duration of the trip. I do not want to be charged for mechanical failures as the car did not have any issues at all. Otherwise, Charlie is the best car rental agency I have ever used!

The rental rate was unbeatable. The pickup was smooth. The staff was kind. No problems at all.
Everything was great but I think the person who rented the vehicle must have smoked inside the car. They did the best job they could to keep it from smelling but the smoke smell still lingered. Otherwise everything was great.
