I was very pleased with the rental experience with Charlie Car Rental. The car was clean, new, and a great value. I would rent from Charlie Car again.
Checkout was slow - only one person available to process return (at 530am) and there were as many as 4 customers waiting for pickup or return. People have early flights coming in or going out and based on information provided by reservations and returns adjustments to staffing can be anticipated.
Service was great but the car was very dented and scratched
