I loved renting from Charlie car rental. The transaction was simple, quick and clear. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was very clean and great on gas! Anytime I come back to Puerto Rico i will definitely rent a car from here again and i am already telling all my friends about this place. Thank you for great service
Charlie has two locations; we picked up at the airport and dropped off at the cruise port. They are consistently lower priced than other car rental locations in San Juan. Just remember that they are off site and you must call for pick up. We will definitely rent here again.

Lied about not being able to pay cash for tolls . Also told us ur had to speak with our insurance co. If we declinced insurance when we said no & decided to leave all of a sudden there was another option
