I waited more than 35 min to be picked up at the airport. This is an ongoing problem. The driver gave me an attitude when I complained about it. At night the only have one person in the counter. Be
prepare to wait another 30 min to get the car. Poor
customer service. There is no welcome, no thank
you, no explanation or eye contact while making
the transaction.
I have only one issue. I returned the car way early and did not complete the full 3 days. I wish the price had been adjusted. All was fine otherwise and the staff was quite nice. Also, I wish the site did not require getting the car to remote site and getting a shuttle. It adds time to the early morning travel. I had to be at the airport at 3am and therefore had to be at charlie's at 2-2:30am. Not the time I want to be traveling to this remote place.
