Have been renting with Charlie for more than 15 years. Never had a problem.
llevo 20 años en EU y siempre que viajo trato a Charlie Car rental, siempre ha sido tremendo servicio, amabilidad, Buenos precios, carros limpios y en buenas condiciones, pero es la primera vez que devuelvo a las 5am. casi 45 minutos para devolver el carro y hasta casi pierdo mi vuelo. un hombre solo que a la verdad fue un titan que no perdio la compostura porque yo la hubiese perdido. el Sistema de devolver autos no es eficiente ni conducente a eficiencia y deberia ser revisado y modernizado.
Great service, need to improve airport shuttle times if possible, work on better rates for elderly and disabled veterans.

Charlie's was much better than going directly through the airport. Price was great, staff was nice, shuttle was prompt . Everytime I go to Puerto Rico this will be my choice for car rental service. Awesome experience with Charlie's

No happy with the pick up but the return went smoothly. The driver to the airport was very helpful. It was raining a lot but the driver took us in a way that we did not get wet. Nice
