Picked up from changed accommodation without fuss, efficient handling of the outbound and inbound parts of the car hire process and transport to airport included. The collection of digital photographs of the vehicle at the start of the rental was appreciated (as I do this myself, otherwise). No complaints.
We brought our full coverage insurance, but got charged for insurance because in the continental US the agency wasn't open yet to talk to you. No one told us this would be required. Also, the Condado location we rented our cars at was closed and we had to ask to find that out.

The checkout process could be a little better, waited in line for more than 20 minutes, good thing arrived early so everything was good with the flight. Other than that, it was great.
