Pickup and Drop-Off Services

Blue Auto Trading provides complimentary shuttle transfers between the airport car rental centre and their nearby rental facilities. After-hours airport returns are available as a VIP service, subject to an additional fee and prior arrangement.

Driver Eligibility and Age Requirements

Minimum driver age:

Driving experience:

The main driver must have held a valid driver’s licence for at least two years prior to rental commencement.
The licence must remain valid for 30 days beyond the rental end date.

Driver’s Licence and Identification Requirements

To collect a Blue Auto Trading rental vehicle, renters must provide the following:

Drivers with licences in another script must present an International Driver’s Permit together with the original licence.
All documents must match the name of the primary driver.
Missing or invalid documentation may result in cancellation or delays.

Blue Auto Trading Orlando Rental Duration, Mileage Policy, Payments and Deposits

Rental duration

Minimum rental: 1 day

Rentals exceeding 30 days, the renter must return the vehicle for inspection, maintenance, and contract renewal.

Mileage

Non-Florida residents: Unlimited mileage within Florida

Florida and Georgia residents: 50 free miles per day

Excess mileage: $0.75 USD per mile plus tax

Blue Auto Trading does not accept American Express, debit cards, prepaid cards, virtual wallets, online-only bank cards, or third-party cards.
The main driver must use their own credit card for the security deposit.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Returns

Customers may cancel or modify reservations up to 48 hours before pickup and receive a full refund.
If a customer does not arrive within one hour of the scheduled pickup time, we may mark the reservation as a no-show.
Reinstatement depends on vehicle availability and may incur a fee.
