El Paso International Airport is located four miles from the city center. With a pier-satellite layout the airport offers one main, two level terminal for passenger flights within the East and West Concourses with a total of 15 gates all located on the upper level offering both domestic flights and connections across the world. The airport is easy to get through and convenient with all terminals at one wing of the airport. A free shuttle is provided as well. Security checkpoints require travelers to arrive at the airport a minimum of one and a half hours prior to their flight departure. Parking at the airport is also a cinch, with both long and short term parking facilities available.
