This was my first time renting through Car Rental Express and with Zoom Rent-A-Car. I was very impressed with the ease of booking the car, the customer service on the phone for questions I had, all the way through arrival at Toronto airport where Zoom actually called me to let me know to call them as soon as I was out of customs area. I called and the shuttle picked me up in 10 minutes. The care was almost new, and the service upon return was very efficient as was the ride to the airport.
