"I guess the main reason I rented at Capps Van and Car Rental was I wanted a Suburban and your company was the only one who had it in Dallas. Other national chains claim that on their web-site but there is a catch they say we have Suburban or equal and when you call them almost always they do not have it and they always supposedly have the equal. Also is the convenience of not having to go to airport and last but not least the excellent service."
