"EZ Rent A Car had simply wonderful customer service. I had to rearrange all my car rental plans when my flight was cancelled and change my rental to a few days later. In fact, I wasn't sure there would even be any cars to rent in Orlando because of the severe weather. You accommodated me with a car at the last minute and everything turned out just fine."
