I always am a little nervous when I arrive at my destination and pick up rental car because you never know what to expect. Some car rental companies claim not to have the car you wanted and try to up sell you. To my delight the staff was courteous, my quote was honored, my vehicle was just as I requested, and the whole rental process was probably the quickest I have ever experienced.
