"The rental was difficult without being aware we needed the info from our policy for collision and or documentation from the credit card used. We have never been asked for anything more than our insurance card. One other issue is the email we received pre-rental said that the Uber would be covered both ways, from and to the airport. When we returned our vehicle we were told that the Uber chare reimbursement was only for the ride to Globe, not back to the airport."
