Orlando Airport (MCO) offers a number of places to go to when hunger strikes. You're sure to find what you feel like from a quick snack at one of the many bars or cafes to a more refined eating experience at a gourmet restaurant. The variety of cuisines from which to select will be sure to satisfy any palate. Level 3 of the Main Terminal has a large food court centrally located but the Airside Terminals also boast great restaurants near each gate.
Here are just a few examples of the great dining you can find before heading off to your pre-booked cheap MCO car rental:
Wonderful food, distinctive lighting and an amazing view of the planes taking off and landing make Hemispheres a unique dining experience. (Don't worry about the noise as the windows are sound proof.) The food is upscale with the chef changing the menu seasonally to take advantage of what's fresh and available. Located above the runways in the Hyatt Airport Hotel, Hemisphere's can be accessed directly from the aiport or through the hotel entrance.
McCoy's Bar and Grill
Also located in the Hyatt Airport Hotel, McCoys offers lighter fare than Hemispheres. The food is good, though, particularly the Cuban sandwich with perfectly seasoned pulled pork on toast with plantain chips. For those who like food from the sea, try their crawfish chowder. It's excellent! For dessert? Try the key lime pie. It's big, creamy and has just the right amount of limey tartness. Don't be too hungry when you head of to your cheap MCO car rental.
If you're looking for a place to hang out while waiting for your flight the Outback is a great choice. The staff are friendly and accommodating with their first question being "when does your flight leave?" The steak with Bloomin' Onion Rings is superb along with their salads and sandwiches.
Located in Terminal A, Airside 1, Famous Familia boasts pizza, salads, calzones and fresh pasta dishes.
Here are a few other places to try located in the central Food Court:
Fox Sports Bar
Nathan's Famous Hotdogs
