McCarran International Airport Transportation & Parking

There are a number of transportation and parking options at McCarran International Airport (LAS). There are taxi cabs, terminal and city shuttles, public transport and, of course, cheap rental cars at LAS.  The last on that list is probably your best bet.  It's the easiest way to get around.

Taxis
There are a number of services.  They are not allowed to take more than five (5) passengers. This includes larger families or groups.  In those circumstances, be prepared to travel separately, or simply find the cheapest LAS car rental.  If you plan to use a credit card for payment, let the attendant or driver know in advance.  A lot of taxis won't accept them.

Limousines & Sedans

You can make a reservation via the airport or your hotel.  Limousines and Sedans are located at the Baggage Claim area. Here someone will escort you to the vehicle.  There are limo and Sedan walk-up experiences in Las Vegas.  It's the best last minute option if you're looking for a luxury vehicle to take you away in style and comfort. 

Buses
The Regional Transportation Commission provides exceptional and dependable bus service to and from LAS. Terminal 1's bus stop is located at Level Zero.  Take the Baggage Claim escalator or elevator down a level.  It will be to the right of the pedestrian crosswalk. 

If you're using Terminal 3, you will need to utilize the inter-terminal shuttle service that takes passengers between Terminals 1 and 3.  It's available by reservation.  Either call 702.228.4800 / TDD 702.676.1834 or visit the Paratransit Shuttle's website.

Shuttles
The shuttles are an economical method for getting to and from the airport.  A lot of the area hotels have their own shuttles.  There are shuttle pick-ups at both Terminal 1 and 3 with quick exit lanes to avoid heavy traffic.

Parking
The airport has short term, long term, surface, valet, economy and specific parking locations for motorcycles, remote and oversized vehicles. 

Short Term
If you’re dropping off and staying less than three hours.

Long Term
For stays of longer than three hours.  There is a daily maximum of $14.00.

Valet
For anyone in a hurry or who simply prefers to have the task of parking performed for them. 

Economy
Economy parking will be $2 for up to 30 minutes.  Less than 15 minutes is free.  There is a daily fee of $10.00.  If you're leaving your car over 30 days, you must make arrangements by calling 702.261.5122 or emailing DanB@McCarran.com.

Terminal 3 has surface parking.  It is adjacent to the terminal parking garage leaving an easy walk to Ticketing/Check-in.

A shuttle operates every 10 to 15 minutes between Terminals 1, 3 and the Economy Parking lot.
