I was extremely pleased with my ACR rental. My car was very clean. My flight was delayed twice and they guaranteed me no matter what time I arrived they would accommodate my schedule. They were very prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the 5 star service.

We were VERY pleased with this rental! The car was 4 years old but well maintained and served our purposes. We just needed transportation to our vacation destination and to do some shopping and sightseeing. I shopped around for the best price on a minivan, and A1 Rent A Car had it! An added benefit - they drove us in the rental car to the airport when we left, avoiding the need to remove the suitcases from one vehicle and placing them in another. I would definitely rent from them again.

I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with at ACE rent a car at Ohare airport. Everyone was very courteous and went the extra mile to serve. When I returned the car, my GPS got me lost. I kept calling for directions (3 times). Each person I spoke with was patient and trying hard to help me. The third time I called, the woman stayed on the phone with me until I made it to their business. I was so grateful for their kindness to serve and to help!! Most unusual for a car rental co!

This was one of the best car rental "experiences" we have had in a long time!!! We were picked up at the Cruise port by Melvin who was professional, friendly and went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. The young woman at the rental office was also very professional and friendly; she answered all of our questions/concerns and made sure that we had everything we needed. Our return was trouble free and we were lucky to have Melvin take us to the airport! ACR is the best by far!!

Pleasantly surprised with the great rental experiance I had during the Christmas/New year week. I rentented a Minivan from them and although hesitant at the begining due to lack of info about them, I ended up an extremely happy customer. I would recommend Beyond Car Rental, Miami to anyone looking for a car. Very honest and caring people. Called me approximately 2 hrs prior to my pick-up to reconfirm my arrival (I flew in from MN) and the van was ready and clean. Great, can't thank them enough.

We were MORE than impressed with our rental. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and kind. We had a small issue with the vehicle and within minutes a staff member from A Car came to meet us with a new vehicle. My husband had left his sunglasses in the old vehicle and this was at about 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve. The driver called when he was about 1/2 hour away and offered to come all the way back to return the glasses. What a gem! I will DEFINITELY rent with this agency again!!
