Great value

I would rather rent at the airport. When I dropped off the car at noon, the office was locked and nobody was there to check the car in. I took pics of the car and dropped the keys in the box. There is very little parking and when I dropped the car, there were not spots for the rentals so I took another. The owner of the business next door yelled at me to move my f-ing car.

I was very happy and very satisfied with the kind of service I got. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience with your company and made my vacation memorable.

Almost everything was ok, but I wish the company could also offer a sun pass option so that we could buy it directly at the time of pick up.

When we landed in Orlando, we called multiple times to all the phone numbers we could find for the company, also sent emails from my phone and couldn\'t get a hold of anyone. I had even confirmed the rental earlier in the day. So we had to do with another company at the airport which ended up costing us an additional $140. So no I am not happy with the company. It seemed as though all the number went to personal voice mail boxes.
