Our check engine light came on the day before we were to return the car (a Sunday0. We were able to contact a supervisor and were assured that we could continue to drive the car the rest of that day after answering his questions. This was very helpful.

great service - marvelous customer service

We arrived at 1am and only had to wait 5 minutes in line. Took about 5 minutes for paperwork and we walked out (with an upgrade too!). We were given a 2011 Toyota Rav4 which was immaculate! Great gas mileage, very clean, and ran like a dream!!! We were sad to have to return the car, but it took 3 minutes from start to finish! I would recommend this rental car company to everyone! Fantastic service, great rates, and by far the easiest part of our trip! Thanks! Jessica Talbot

Good company except got charged extra $10 for pick up 1 he 30 mins after reservation time

We were not told that we had a time limit to pick up the vehicle. We had reservations to pick up at 6:00 and our flight didn\'t arrive until after 8:00. When we called to pick up the vehicle they said it was cancelled. Needless to say, we will never use nor recommend EZ Rent a car to anyone.

Shuttle never showed at Seattle Airport and when I attempted to call on Airport Direct line - the message indicated that the Line was disconnected - I looked up the phone number with yellow pages and called using my cell phone and got the same message - Phone disconnected. Had to use a different rental car company. I Would not consider using EZ Rent A Car again
