We were VERY pleased with this rental! The car was 4 years old but well maintained and served our purposes. We just needed transportation to our vacation destination and to do some shopping and sightseeing. I shopped around for the best price on a minivan, and A1 Rent A Car had it! An added benefit - they drove us in the rental car to the airport when we left, avoiding the need to remove the suitcases from one vehicle and placing them in another. I would definitely rent from them again.

I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with at ACE rent a car at Ohare airport. Everyone was very courteous and went the extra mile to serve. When I returned the car, my GPS got me lost. I kept calling for directions (3 times). Each person I spoke with was patient and trying hard to help me. The third time I called, the woman stayed on the phone with me until I made it to their business. I was so grateful for their kindness to serve and to help!! Most unusual for a car rental co!

What a great experience. From the initial confirmation of the rental to being dropped off at the airport at the end. All personel were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Could not have asked for more. Continued service like this should ensure that your business remains successful. Car was clean and more than I could have hoped for. I'm in the military and travel a lot . I'm rent car every times but never have a full size car for a price that I got this. The Staff in Midway Airport was really courteous and friendly, if I travel again to Chicago or other airport that you have business I will use this agency and tell my friends and co-worker about it.

To be honest I was a little worried from the comments online, however it was a very good experience. They were clear about the fact that they were not close to the airport and where to get the rental car shuttle in emails before the trip and soemoen called me. There were a lot of ppl using SunShine and the first shuttle was too crowded, the driver said he would be back and loaded us first. All staff was helpful and courteous. They told us about the pass for the tolls. My of my best rentals.

Everything was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, efficient service from the moment we called them to pick us up @ the airport (when we arrived) to the moment they dropped us back off @ the airport (to come home). There was a discrepancy from the price that was quoted to us online & the price they came up with when we arrived...they honored the (cheaper) price we were quoted online!!! I would recommend American Car Rental to anyone visiting the Orlando, Fl. area!!!!

We had SUCH a great experience with Sunshine! They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and were very knowledgeable about the area and let us on to tips and tricks to get around easily! I got a mid size here for the same price as a compact everywhere else. The shuttle van was super prompt and the driver very friendly! At FLL you have to ride a big shuttle bus to the rental car area no matter what, then the sunshine van picked us up from there. No waiting at all!

I just have to say that your service was excellent, the one gentleman who picked me up at the airport, Benson, was a great guy helpful and courteous. The car a big black SUV substituted for the compact car that I had ordered was perfect for the big city of Dallas. And the gentleman who I met there when I dropped the car off was equally friendly and helpful. The rates were extraordinarily fair. The car was in excellent shape. All in all on a scale of 1-10,, they deserve an 11. Thank You.

Stop looking. If you want a headache free rental, Globe Car Rental is by far the best and the cheapest (saved $120 from the cheapest price on Expedia). I got picked up within 10 minutes from my call @ the airport. Shuttle itself was clean & driver was courteous. Their branch is along the way into town and on major highway to everything, so no loss of time travelling. Got a Free GPS & the vehicle was a 2013! I was explained the contract and was out in 15 minutes. Return process: Excellent!

This was one of the best car rental "experiences" we have had in a long time!!! We were picked up at the Cruise port by Melvin who was professional, friendly and went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. The young woman at the rental office was also very professional and friendly; she answered all of our questions/concerns and made sure that we had everything we needed. Our return was trouble free and we were lucky to have Melvin take us to the airport! ACR is the best by far!!
