Low frill rental agency. If you don\'t mind renting \'off airport\' or don\'t expect extras from a Low Cost company you can save a bundle. I\'ve rented (corolla/Mazda 3) twice for a month, once for 3 weeks the rates were around $15/day plus taxes. I used my own auto insurance (I have a rental rider on my policy) and had to provide Zoom with a copy when I rented. I didn\'t encounter any problems so I don\'t know how their costumer service is. the above questions take care of it. this was our second time renting from Zoom. service was good. pricing wa advatagious .

Please give MAPS for the area to car renters freely, where you will have more benifits rather then not giving.

It was over all great experience. I can break down over all experience; 1) Cheapest online Rental Car via google 2) Best of the Best car Mazda 3 almost brand new, sporty look, gas saver same as Civic, shape better than civic, interior is super clean, exterior like brand new, car was washed, very friendly and warming customer services. They didn\'t pay me for this kind of feedback, these are the best services you could ever expect from anyone.

Ι was initially satisfied...I tried to renew....and the charged me double the cost...

The car was bettere than I expected and the price was great for what I recieved.

I asked if I could have the same rate if I needed the car longer. The answer was that it might not be possible for a day or so but if it was for a full week I could pay the same weekly rate. It turned out I need the car for an extra week but was charged double the rate, very politely of course. The reasoning was that there was no profit in the special rate I had. hmmmm

Have already recommended Zoom to fellow associates noting several of the above reasons for doing so. Only comment contrary to an excellent rating in all categories is that the car smelled like smoke; not experienced with any other rental company due to non-smoking policies for all vehicles. There also seemed to be a mechanical problem with the front wheels that would clunk/squeal when applying gas & making a sharp turn in or out of a parking space or turning a right angle corner.

At the time of delivery of car, if the staff told will the center be open and if closed where to park at drop off and hand over the keys.

I had rented a car through the internet for Dec 26-Dec 31. I rec\'d an email CONFIRMING my rental. When I arrived at the airport and called to get my car, they had nothing available. The gentlemen told me, they did not have me on their records. Then he told me, my my transaction was not completed. So how do you not have a car for me when I had the confirmation sent to me? I got screwed out of a car and had to cab it to my hotel. I had to the next day, cab again, to another car rental place
