Easy pick up at PBI only a few feet away from terminal. Easy access in and out of airport. Fully accommodated 8 golfers with clubs and luggage. Will definitely be using next year for our golf trip. We’ve always used major car rentals in the past and was skeptical going outside, now knowing how it works and how easy it was we will be using them going forward. For the record the 2x I called they picked up right away.
The whole communication and rental process went very smoothly. Questions were always answered quickly, the instructions for van pick-up and drop-off were clear and understandable, and we will definitely recommend Florida Van Rental to friends!

Renting from Florida Van Rentals was the easiest rental process I have ever experienced! They were so helpful with questions during the rental process. Pick up/drop off was effortless! Once we arrived in Orlando, I texted for shuttle pickup, only took 20 minutes to arrive. It was a 7-minute ride to parking lot where the van was located. All paperwork was signed in advance so there was no waiting in line, just got in van and away we went. Return was just as smooth. WILL USE AGAIN!
i was not told about paying for a whole day parking at $25 i thought that was covered by the miami pickup fee of $175
They canceled my reservation hours before the rental. Also, they didn’t help me to get another one or anything because it was closing time
Booking was difficult with a school credit card that did not match the drivers
Location of parking lot was a mile away and an easy UBER ride, we did not wait for the FREE shuttle
