Very expensive insurance. 25$ daily for a van. Usually that\'s included in the rent price. Here you need to pay extra

The car rental itself was great. Getting to and from the area was very difficult, as they are located on a very busy road with a lot of traffic. The staff could be a little more friendly, but the vehicle ran well and I had no problems.

Car Hire 300 was my voucher but Alamo still double billed me. neither is replying back to emails.

The vehicle had slight damage and burn holes in the interior.

With the all lazyness, unconcernedness and insensitiveness of your staff, I will never rent again nor recommend to anyone around me.

They canceled the reservation claiming not to have any cars 1 month in advance. However, calling them confirmed that vehicles were available.

Our pick up clearly said 1pm, but good thing we called on our way to pick up the car because our rental wasn't in the system "yet" said the gentleman, and they close promptly at 1pm. After the entirely RUDE paperwork process, we got to the car to find it dirty and smothered in smoke scent. While returning the car, three new faces were beyond rude. We asked to use the bathroom (which we saw 5ft in front of us), but instead the kid "Sorry no. Go out back". NEVER AGAIN!!!!
