Hidden fees on drop off locations and poor quality of the car. Car has a lot of noise and were bad after 30 min riding. Not recommended

Was told the rental was $150 total for 12 hours when I returned it was charged $175 even after showing the rental agent the pictures of the vehicle having a roach infestation that I believe we brought into our house. This ranks as one of the worst rental experiences I've had and I have rented cars all around the world. If I don't get a response from the company I will be posting the roach pics with a google review

I have 2 issues. First, I used Kayak to get a very fair quote, but the "supposedly" the info was not entered into the system and inturn I was charged 4 times the amount confirmed amount, Then I was forced to pay a deposit, and the staff said I would receive the refund as soon as I returned the car. Then I was informed by the company that my money was being returned after 15 days. That means I was lied to, I think this warrants financial consideration and renumeration.

Car was infected with cockroaches. My name is Ashley Melendez. They had to switch my vehicle five times me driving from San Juan to Aguadilla ruined my whole vacation.

I was surprised with a hidden fee of $75 which was not clearly identified in the rental estimates. The representative could not identify where the fee was allegedly stated. I had clearly made my reservation stating a different return location, so the fee should have legally been disclosed in the estimates. Poor customer service and they couldn't even provide a receipt of my reservation cancelation. Will never rent from this company again.
