They seemed to have all kinds of excuses as to why they did not have the SUV upgrade that we had requested. Anyhow they gave us a Nissan Ultima instead which was fine. The car wasn\'t all that clean and not sure if they have a legal right to actually pick you up at the airport or not....that was a tad questionable!

I do not rent too often but I was quite satisfied with this car rental company and would rent from them again. My only suggestion is that their hours of operation be expanded allowing more flexabilty for travelers without extra charges. Opening at 8 in the AM seems a bit late when servicing the Airport guests. Opening at 7 AM would have saved me $25 extra. Although I do appreciate having that service available where it was no issue to have someone there for my convenience.

Service are good! car was new
I reserved my car online for free mileage, but I was charged .15 per kilometer above 200KM, even it was clear on my reservation paper that it was free mileage, they said it had tiny fonts saying that I was not eligible for free mileage
Car was dirty inside
Staff did not know to answer my questions about the free mileage they were suppose to give me
I will never rent it again through here.... horrible service!! they played dirty putting such information in very small fonts

Was satisfied with the service. However do not like the fact that you require personal insurance to rent luxury cars. Visa Gold should be sufficient.

It was a good place to rent a vehicle. Quite far from the airport however. But we were driven there with lots of time to spare.
Same as the previous comment. They didn\'t contact my insurance provider before I got there to make sure the insurance was proper. It would have been nice if they had everything in order before I arrived.
Upon arrival the rental agency hadn\'t made sure that my insurance information I had sent from my insurance provider was the right information, and I had to ask them to contact my insurance provider to clarify. My insurance provider needed my second driver listed on the rental agreement but in my name. The rental provider said they couldn\'t add his name, and because of this my second driver wasn\'t able to drive the vehicle.
