One thing that could have made it better would have been to have access right on airport property. Except for a miscommunication about the fact that we had all of our luggage with us at the time of my first call for our pick-up (which meant we ended up waiting extra time), the whole rental experience was very good. The last two questions on your survey do not lend themselves to being answered in the format you offer. The choices should be a simple \"YES\" or \"NO\" and perhaps \"MAYBE\"!

Pickup / Dropoff Services

Carl's Van Rentals provides pickup / dropoff services.

We can pickup and/or drop off within a five mile radius of our offices. For an additional per mile fee, we may pick up at locations outside five miles. Please inquiry directly with the officer you are renting.

Airport Service

Carl's Van Rentals provides shuttle service to and from the airport.

Some locations require an additional fee for airport service. The fee includes delivery of the vehicle directly to the airport and pickup after you complete your rental. We pre-complete all paperwork beforehand saving you time and getting you on your way faster when you arrive!

Special Services

We include roadside assistance 24 hours a day. We have a free shuttle that will pick up and return customers at all major airports free of charge.

Age Requirements

Minimum Age: 21

You must be 21 years of age to rent as per our insurance policies. If you are 21-24 years of age, an additional underage fee of $20 per day will apply.

Cash Deposit Rentals

Carl's Van Rentals accepts cash deposit rentals.

We require a minimum of a $500 deposit in addition to the cost of your rental plus we require VERIFIABLE FULL COVERAGE car insurance. Deposit refunds will be issued via check and sent to the address on file.
